School Counselor summer contact information:

The school counseling team does not work over the summer, but we have a designated TCHS school counselor available to assist you via email.

Please be advised that the window for elective course changes has closed. Schedule change requests will only be considered by the administrative team if there is a documented error in the schedule (e.g., missing a class, duplicate course, or a hole in the schedule).

Important Dates

Report Cards available on HAC: June 10, 2026

Schedule Preview Days For 26/27 School year: July 22–23

Course Change Request Link opens for errors and course-level changes: July 22-26
No elective course change requests will be honored

Approved CORE course changes will be visible starting August 6, 2026
Final Schedules Viewable on HAC: August 6, 2026

First Day of High School: August 10, 2026

Summer Testing Information

TCHS FAST and EOC testing will occur on the following dates:

  • July 14: Reading FAST, Geometry EOC, Biology EOC, and US History EOC
  • July 15: Algebra EOC only

The mission of the Tocoi Creek School Counseling Department is to inspire all students to be culturally competent lifelong learners.  Our comprehensive school counseling program provides students with necessary skills to make emotional, behavioral, and academic decisions.  School counselors will collaborate with parents, guardians, faculty, staff, and administration to advocate for our students so they can achieve their academic and career goals while supporting their personal and social needs.
