Virtual Course Registration

If you are a TCHS student, you may register to take a course through virtual school using the instructions linked below:
 

Virtual Course Registration Instructions

Please note the following rules regarding virtual course registration:

  • No schedule changes will be made to your TCHS schedule unless the virtual course was selected during the registration process.
  • Students may not register for a course if they are already enrolled in the course at TCHS.
  • Students will not be approved for a course if they do not meet the prerequisite requirements.
  • TCHS must be listed as the physical school for courses to be visible for approval. Please check under the student profile to ensure that TCHS is listed as the physical school.
  • Select your school counselor for approval. Please be patient, as school counselors must verify eligibility for each course registration before approval.  This may take up to five days at the beginning of the school year.

How do I know which course I planned to take through virtual school?

  • In HAC, please go to the Documents section and select your 2026–2027 registration form. Your registration form should load and state which course you selected during your registration meeting.
  • If the form is inaccessible or if you have a question regarding course selection, please message your counselor on Schoology. Please be patient, as we receive many messages each day.

SJVS & FLVS: Which to Choose?
