Only students who pay through SchoolPay will be able to take it at TCHS.
**If you pay for the CLT on the CLT website, your student will take an exam remotely proctored at home.**
The Classic Learning Test (CLT) is an online assessment for 11th- and 12th-grade students who need concordant FAST Reading or Algebra 1 test scores for graduation. If you have already met your graduation test requirements, you are not eligible to take this test.
This test evaluates reading, grammar, and mathematics, comprehensively measuring achievement and aptitude. CLT exams emphasize foundational critical thinking skills and are accessible to students from various educational backgrounds. The test will be college-reportable.
To apply for accommodations on the CLT, a signed consent form (linked here) must be emailed or given to your student’s School Counselor (504 or ELL plans) or ESE Case Manager (IEP Plans). Learn more about the accommodations application process here.
