2026-27 Instructions<\/h2>\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

2026-27 ATHLETIC CLEARANCE PORTAL:<\/u><\/strong>\u00a0 Please visit AthleticClearance.com<\/a>, click on Florida and then click \u201cGo to 2026-27 Registrations\u201d.\u00a0 If you have previously had an athletic clearance account, you may login using your previous email\/password combination .\u00a0 If you are a new user, please select create an account.\u00a0 You should then be directed to a screen that states you are in the 2026-27 system.\u00a0 Look for the \u201cStart Clearance Here\u201d button on the top right.\u00a0 Returning users: Please note that the new FHSAA platform for 2026-27 did not rollover your prior demographics as it has done in the past.\u00a0 You will have to input your student(s) again.\u00a0 You may first want to login to your 2025-26 account if you need to download a copy of a current EL2 to upload into your 2026-27 portal.<\/p>

  1. State: choose Florida<\/li>
  2. School: type Tocoi Creek<\/li>
  3. Year: choose 2026-27<\/li>
  4. Sport: choose program student-athlete will be participating in.\u00a0 If multiple, pick + additional sport.<\/li>
  5. Complete all required fields: Student Information, Parent Information, Medical History, Signature Forms.<\/li>
  6. Upload page 4 of EL2 (sports physical).\u00a0 Be sure that the student and parent signature\/date space in the middle of the page has been completed.<\/li>
  7. APPLICABLE ONLY TO RISING FRESHMEN OR THOSE NEW TO FHSAA PROGRAMS:<\/strong> Upload EL1 and screening results (if completed by a third party such as Who We Play For).<\/li>
  8. Watch the four required NFHS videos.\u00a0 Once you have completed the video training for each, upload each certificate into the appropriate area.\u00a0 Video certificates must be dated on or after 5\/22\/26.<\/li>
  9. Once you reach the Confirmation Message, you have completed the online registration process.<\/li>
  10. Your student is not yet CLEAR!\u00a0 <\/strong>The data is electronically filed with Tocoi Creek\u2019s Athletic Department for review. When your athlete is cleared for participation, you will receive an email notification.<\/li>

    SPORT PHYSICALS:<\/u><\/strong> Each participant should have a completed EL2 form<\/a> that will not expire before July 9th<\/sup>, 2026- please be reminded that EL2\u2019s are good for one year.\u00a0 If you have not taken your child for a physical yet, please print out the EL2 form<\/a> and make an appointment with a medical provider.\u00a0 *NO OTHER SPORT PHYSICAL FORM WILL BE ACCEPTED.<\/strong>*<\/p>

    ECG SCREENING<\/u><\/strong>:\u00a0 All rising 9th<\/sup> graders and any other participant that have not been previously placed on an FHSAA roster will need to have an EL1 form<\/a> completed.\u00a0 If you attended a \u201cWho We Play For\u201d screening, a parent\/guardian will need to fill out Section A (leave Section B blank) and will need to also have the results you received from the screening via email ready to upload.\u00a0 If you have not received your results, you may request them here: https:\/\/www.whoweplayfor.org\/results<\/a>.\u00a0 If you went to your own medical provider, the parent will fill out Section A and that provider will sign Section B of the EL1 form.\u00a0 \u00a0<\/p><\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/section>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
